AssetAccess

AssetAccess™ is a comprehensive, Web based transaction system with proven use in actual institutional trading of whole loans, CMOs, and mortgage collateral over a six month period in 1999 and 2000 under the name of a now defunct platform services provider. GPE holds exclusive rights to commercialize the transaction platform.

The system is tested and fully scalable to hundreds of thousands of transactions per minute. Its relational databases may hold millions of asset and transaction records at any time. The transaction platform was built on Web Logic™ with Java at an original cost of over eight million dollars. It allows concurrent bilateral bidding and offering of thousands of CDO or CLO tranches across thousands of market participants.

Its customer/user interface is controlled with full permission/validation procedures and user/subscriber security and anti-fraud features. It accepts resting orders, limit orders, and market orders while permitting every approved customer/subscriber to securely store their own structured finance or whole loan position data on the system for easy retrieval and automated settlement. It also offers remote, out of band notification services to subscribers regarding market level alerts and pending order status alerts.

AssetAccess™ is available for either major securities or futures exchange or foreign bourse out-licensing with compulsory fair value data provisioning services and data capture services provided by GPE, the owner of the system. Partial data ownership rights may be negotiable as well for any licensee of the platform solution.
